Benefits of Being Active: So many, but here are a few.

  • Increases muscle strength and endurance

  • Improves sleep

  • Helps prevent people from getting sick

  • Increases self-esteem (accomplishment and mastery)

  • Improves learning- allows one to focus when necessary
