Benefits of Being Active: So many, but here are a few.
Increases muscle strength and endurance
Helps prevent people from getting sick
Increases self-esteem (accomplishment and mastery)
Improves learning- allows one to focus when necessary
Have fun. Be creative. Get the whole family involved. Below are some ideas:

Soccer ball to the park (Actually any ball, we like a tennis ball, but any will do)

Explore the park/nature walk (bring a bag to collect findings)
