bunch of kale

1 apple

1 lemon

small piece of ginger
optional: add a beet, cucumber, carrot, or most other leafy greens (ie. collard greens, dandelion greens)
experiment with different veggies and if it tastes too bitter or strong, add more apple or lemon to cut the flavor

3-5 kale leaves

a handful of baby carrots or 1 medium carrot

1-2 apples

2 cups of kale

2 cups of parsley

1 cucumber

3 celery stalks

2 1/2 apple

1/2 cucumber

little bit of ginger
SMOOTHIES
Cayla’s Tropical Blast Smoothie

1 whole coconut (meat and water)
-
1/2 banana
-
2 slices of mango (1/2 mango)

2 slices of pineapple

5 ice cubes

Combine and blend. Enjoy
Breakfast Greens

1 cup almond milk

1/2 frozen banana

1 tablespoon sunflower seed butter (or any nut butter)

handful of kale leaves

handful of rainbow chard

1 teaspoon raw cacao nibs

2 tablespoons of chia seeds

1 tablespoon hemp seeds

Blend and enjoy!
NUT MILK
Ingredients:

1 cup of raw almonds, cashews, etc. (I’ve even made this with 1/2 almond and 1/2 cashews)

3 cups of water
-
Seeds from 1 vanilla bean (I didn’t have any so I left it out)

1 teaspoon of cinnamon (optional)

2 dates (optional)
